1. Fully responsible for store management and operation, based on the monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals issued by the company, reasonably and quantitatively decompose and supervise the implementation, and complete the store operation indicators;
2. Organize various sales reports, be familiar with the product structure of the store, be clear about new, explosive, and unsold products, and be able to make decisions based on different types of products to drive performance growth,
3. Maintain the operational status of the store, maintain the best display location for products, and create a comfortable and safe shopping environment for customers,
4. Strictly implement inventory management and control product losses
5. Responsible for recruiting, training, attendance, scheduling, and other tasks for all personnel in the store, ensuring daily management of store personnel while valuing employee growth and continuously cultivating talents for the company's development;

Qualification:
1. 18-40 years old, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a physical store manager or a chain brand store manager with an area of over 200 square meters is preferred
2. Having a business mindset, an open mind, and a strong awareness of opening up resources and reducing costs,
3. Clear thinking and strong communication skills
4. Having good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork and execution ability
5. Familiar with relevant application software, proficient in operating and using office software,
