Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and Repair: Responsible for daily mold maintenance and tooling processing. Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment to ensure stable operation of the production line and reduce downtime.
2. Parts processing and production: According to drawings and specifications, precision machining and production of metal parts are carried out using fitter tools (such as files, saws, drills, tapping tools, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality meet standards.
3. Equipment assembly and debugging: Participate in the assembly process of mechanical equipment or products, ensure that each component is correctly installed, debugged, and meets the design requirements for functionality and performance.
4. Quality inspection: Use measuring tools (such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to inspect the size, shape, and position of the machined parts to ensure that the product quality meets the specified standards.
5. Process improvement: Participate in process optimization and innovation activities, propose improvement suggestions, improve production efficiency and product quality.
6. Safe operation: Strictly abide by safety production rules and regulations, ensure personal and work environment safety, and prevent accidents from occurring.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: Vocational school diploma or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related fields.
2. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience as a fitter, familiar with mold structure and processing flow, proficient in basic fitter operation skills and the use of commonly used tools. Priority will be given to those with experience in mold making and maintenance in the medical device and automotive industries.
3. Skill requirements:
(1) Proficient in basic operations of fitters, such as marking, chiseling, sawing, filing, drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping, and threading.
(2) Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, understand tolerance fit and dimension annotation.
(3) Proficient in using various measuring tools and possessing basic quality control abilities.
(4) Have good problem-solving and hands-on abilities.
