Job responsibilities:
1. Product planning and research and development, insight into the market, quick response, continuous iteration and updating of products, ensuring product vitality, creating explosive products, launching new plans, and price band planning;
2. Category management, determining product categories, price bands, product combinations, and lifecycle management;
3. Manage suppliers, continuously optimize supplier resources, expand high-quality suppliers and cultivate suppliers to ensure the most competitive supply chain of the company;
4. Product supply management, responsible for implementing product procurement plans, ensuring market supply satisfaction, continuously optimizing and reducing company inventory, ensuring rapid turnover, continuously optimizing product cost structure, reducing costs, and improving gross profit;
5. Inventory management, based on the guidance of superiors, to improve the efficiency of fund utilization and control the rationality of inventory;
6. Regularly conduct market research, closely monitor market trends, grasp market trends, and minimize company procurement costs;
7. Make annual category planning, project category product development goals and analysis planning.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above;
2. Priority given to experience in department store, trendy products, and cultural and creative development;
3. More than 2 years of experience in product development, market research, and product planning;
4. Accurate fashion sense, with good judgment ability on fashion trends and product sales expectations;
5. Good language communication and expression skills; Strong communication and negotiation skills;
6. Proficient in using office software;
7. Having a sense of professionalism and good teamwork skills.
