Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the brand marketing center's application and overall performance of brand VI design, assisting the brand team in completing packaging design/brand design/design layout, etc;
2. Responsible for the overall design of brand marketing campaign communication content, including social media/paper/H5/video, proficient in brand visual expression;
3. Responsible for the overall visual and experiential effects of brand communication, and completing design creative expression and proposals with high quality according to project progress and design process;
4. Responsible for planning and designing social marketing creative images based on market demands, promoting the company's brand and core values;
5. Independently complete the development and design of brand store space advertising, control the overall advertising landing effect and quality, and have cost awareness and post maintenance awareness;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in art/design or related fields, with strong hand drawing skills preferred. Applications for this position require submission of a portfolio;
2. Having a brand experience design mindset, a keen understanding of brand trends and unique aesthetic insights; Strong design skills, adept at unleashing design creativity and visual expression;
3. Proficient in design tools such as PS/AI/VI/AE; Can read floor plans;
4. Clear thinking, able to accurately understand and grasp design requirements, good at expressing and communicating, with good coordination ability, daring to challenge and not afraid of trial and error;
6. Having a good cooperative attitude and team spirit, passionate about design, strong self motivation to improve oneself, and a willingness to learn new knowledge; And full of work passion.
