1. Responsible for the execution and completion of specific design work, including the department's POP poster material design, atmosphere illustration design, packaging design, and project IP design, with a focus on enhancing the store's image;
2. Based on the positioning of the brand project, market conditions, and the characteristics and needs of the target customer group, accurately grasp the planning and presentation methods of advertising schemes, as well as the design of post production related products;
3. Independently create and actively communicate with relevant team members, cooperate with project execution personnel from various brands to jointly carry out project implementation work.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related fields; The application for this position requires submission of a portfolio;
2. Has unique insights into graphic design and advertising creativity, clear design ideas, high design creativity and expressiveness, and strong execution ability;
3. Proficient in and proficient in using various design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SAI \ Procreate, etc;
4. Priority given to having certain board drawing and illustration skills;
5. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, with good understanding and communication skills.
