Mr. Salesman, Chairman Zhou Jianqiao, attended the store manager training session together, explaining from multiple dimensions such as brand positioning, store management, and product management, and sharing years of business management experience. He led store managers from all over the country to explore the ways of store management!
This training session will last for two days, with Mr. Salesman, a lecturer from the Business School, and relevant department heads explaining store marketing, product management, and other skills to store managers to enhance the marketing abilities of frontline employees; Yang Haijiao, the manager of the Commodity Management Center, explained Mr. Salesman's knowledge of commodity management to the store managers and analyzed and explained his operational logic; Assistant Director of the Direct Operations Center, Wang Junwei, explained the optimization management of product structure based on store product data. While improving comprehensive product management, he also systematically analyzed and answered the questions of store managers. A group discussion was organized to optimize the overall product structure using actual stores as an example.
